gas mileage and outside temperature reading

gas mileage and outside temperature reading

i have a 2001 acura cl types and about a few months ago i have notice that my gas mileage isnt as good. im losing about 30-50 miles per full tank. i have kept up with all the maintence work....does anyone know whats wrong?
also my outside temperate reading is all wrong. its august and i live in houston but the outside temps is saying -20!!! what is that about it? please help and thanks!

you can adjust the temp reading but its only +/- 5 degrees. I dunno why it would be like 100 degrees off...

No real explaination on the gas except change the air filter, keep tires inflated, maybe dump a bottle of seafoam in the tank. Maybe its the summer blend of gas?
