Flashing D5 I've tried everything.
Hello everyone,
I have an Acura CL 3.2 and I just had an engine swap and the engine is running perfectly fine. I noticed my "D5" blinking on my dashboard and got a code for it which was p0763. Solenoid C issue. Had all of the solenoids checked and cleaned. Ran currents through the solenoids and they click just fine. I took my car out for a drive and noticed that my car takes off without and issue on 1 or 2. Once the car is in motion, I can switch the gear back to d3,d4 or d5 and the car runs great until it comes to a complete stop. My car won't take off normally on either d3, d4 or d5, it sounds forced when I try to do so. Reverse and Neutral also works. hope you can help.
**One more thing, I went to go buy the solenoid from the dealership and they said that they had no idea that a solenoid c existed that they only know about solenoids A & B. "They will only know what's wrong until they hook their own computer up" **

I found this service news article. it sounds close to the same issue that you're having. check your ground connections. G151 is a body ground located in LF tire fender well. you should be able to see it if you remove the splash shield.
2000–03 3.2TL, 2001–03 3.2CL, or 2001–02 MDX
If DTCs P0758, P0763, or P1758 are retained or the shifting is erratic after installing a remanufactured transmission, refer to the appropriate ETM and check G151. If G151 is OK, check the ground circuit for an open or a poor connection. These DTCs are caused by an electrical problem; they cannot be caused by a mechanical problem in the transmission
