Diagnose this

Hi everyone! I have a problem. I have this creaking noise coming from my back rear drivers side. It sounds like a rocking chair. I am on the brake when doing this at slow speeds. Brakes are new. Also my BRAKE light is on every morning. It comes and goes as it pleases. I also have a noise that sounds like rubber and movement coming from the same place esp when backing up. No one can give me a straight answer! I think it's all correlated. Back struts are new. Someone thinks it's the Ebrake stuck inside.

Here is a video of the creaking noise. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yn0-...ature=youtu.be

Prob the float switch in the brake fluid reservoir cap either needs cleaning or replacing?

Try pushing down on the rear of the car, does it make the same sound. Sounds like springs creaking to me.

Pushing down on it doesn't create a noise. I replaced the brake cap with a new one.
