I took my car in on Thursday to get the airbag changed because of the recall.

Friday find that my cruise control doesn't work, does the cruise control seem like something that could be damaged by replacing the airbag?

If so, how can I convince the dealership that it's their fault and get them to fix it?

Brought it in this morning, turns out the place where the cruise control cable connects to the throttle is damaged and the cable slipped out.

Also my cruise control button to the left of the steering wheel has a burnt light.

Strange coincidence but doesn't seem linked to airbag change.

Dealership checked and showed me, didn't charge anything to check even though it wasn't their fault.

Well I was going to tell you that there is a harness that plugs in under the horn/airbag area that they shouldn't have needed to disturb, but looks like you figured out the problem.
