condensation in fog lamp! how to fix?

There's condensation in my fog lamps because i cleaned it inside due to the blue flakes from the previous PIAA 19224 bulb in there. Right now i just took the housing out and they're sitting in my garage with the bulb out so the moisture can escape. Anything else I can do? Blow dryer? ???

you could probably run a bead of silicon sealant around the lamp to get it sealed
