CL vs. CL-S brake calipers

I hate this to be my first post here but... Long story short just did a total brake job (calipers/rotors/pads) on my 01 CL and totaled it 2000 mi later thanks to ice and a guard rail. I'm thinking about getting a second gen CL-S and keeping the CL as a parts car. Do the CL-S and CL share the same size calipers/pads? I'm only asking because there's a lifetime warranty with the calipers and 9 months with the pads and I'd like to keep that in tact to save some money, if they're different I'm just going to go for another CL.
