CL 2003 3.2 Wipers are over rotating

CL 2003 3.2 Wipers are over rotating
Hey I'm new to the forum and am trying to figure out how to fix my wipers. They are over rotating to the point that they hit both on the up stroke on the weather stripping and on the bottom. Any Ideas or any help anyone can provide would be GREATLY appreciated!

I am having the same problems, but unfortunately I am not sure how to solve it.
