Auto up/down not working.

I've searched and did the reset sequence and also unplugged the negative to reset everything. Still does not work. It's on a 2003 Acura CL-S 6MT. Is the switch gone bad? if so what do I need to replace and where is it?

Drivers side only right? Cause the passenger doesn't have it.

Haven't heard of it going bad. If the switch works then it should be fine. You sure you did the reset correctly?

press window down, hold for 5 seconds
press window up, hold for 5 seconds
press window down hold for another 5 seconds
