Alarm goes off for no reason

Alarm goes off for no reason

Hey there, my alarm keeps going off for no reason, nothing is touching or jumping on the car, or anything like that.
It is an 03 CL type s. Any advice??

do you have an aftermarket alarm? the OEM alarm doesn't have anything other than a door pin switch i believe.

if so, then we probably can't help you. if it's just OEM, it might be one of the switches going out.

Mine was doing the same cause it wasnt being pushed far enough so I duct taped a piece of cardboard there (black duct tape my cars black) also try pushing it in and out a couple times with your finger sometime it helps

any luck? I have a 2003 type S and am having the same issue...no chirp but they lock...random alarm activation...Thanks for a response!
