i hear a grindin/hissin/annoyin noise when turnin the wheel... wha cud it be?

Steering rack, tie rod ends, bent something. You need to give more detail or get it checked out.

As far as I know there are no aftermraket ps pumps just Oem recons done by independent shops. You shoud be just fine with it
