Cruise Control stopped working.
Yesterday afternoon My wife called to say the cruise control stopped working.
When she got home I verified this.
Lights all come on but it won't hold the speed.
Anyone out there have this experiance?
Should I just go ahead and replace the unit itself? (about $180)
Or something else I am missing?
Thanks

lol, have you checked under the hood yet. My gf had some work done to her car awhile back and the stupid place forgot to plug the wire back into the cruise module.

i get that sometimes. sometimes it works when i just keep pressing all the buttons lol. thats how my civic was though so i thought it was a common honda problem. i dont really use my cruise control that much so it doesnt really bother me. i dont cruise control, i control the cruise

I just had the same thing happen to me today.
set cruise at 65, everythings fine and then about 10 minutes later my car starts to decelerate. I press the 'resume' button and I'm good again, but a little while later it did it again.
Unbelievable. How does something that is not used hardly ever go bad BY ITSELF?
