Acura CL 2001 overheating smoke from radiator

My 2001 Acura CL overheated and found loose hose that spilled or leaked all coolant. Added coolant and filled reservoir. As soon as I turn back I have white smoke coming from one part of radiator. Could this be excess coolant burning off? Possible leak I can’t see? Need radiator replaced? Looking for some suggestions

If it doesn't go away, then you're probably looking at a bad radiator. Which was most likely why your car overheated in the first place. Mine went bad recently, I spent about a month driving the car with white steam coming out from the grille opening) (parts are hard to source for these cars in my part of the world, it took a while before a new radiator reached me) I obviously had to add coolant once in a while, but at least the car wasn't overheating (thanks to our chilly climate)

i had the plastic filler neck fail on my radiator. the lip broke, allowing the upper hose to come off

good luck!
