I got keyless remote from ebay, I did try the 4 times 4 second programing instruction also I replace battery and still does not work

 

sometimes the programming can be tricky. I would try again or try another source that walks you through programing. I tried to program mines but couldn't. look up another programming site and did it right. come to find out the first site missed a key step. I don't remember where I found the site but google and try a few of them. and yes i got my keyless remote off ebay also.

 

 

Yes, this sound about right. make sure you do the steps within the time periods. I had to do mines x2 until I got the times right.
