2003 acura cl m6 RPM at 500 during idle

2003 acura cl m6 RPM at 500 during idle
This just starting happening withing the last week, right with the weather getting a bit colder. No idea if the two are related.
Anyway the RPM starting bouncing at idle, P0505 code, so i replaced the IACV under warranty. Once replaced RPM does not bounce at idle but the when i come to a stop it drops aggressively all the way down to 200/250 than comes up a little to the 500 mark. If i turn on the AC it pretty much stays around 250 shaking the entire car.
There is no misfire codes and drives great the second you give it gas.
The only thing i get is the P0505 code
Any clue what is going on?

This was my troubleshooting process...
Seafoam through vac line and 1/3 can in the gas tank (bad idea lol)
Iacv was replaced about a week before the idle issue started
Egr port cleaning
Since i had the manifold off i did a valve adjustment (50k all of em were loose)
Spark plugs, #2 was gone the rest looked decent.
The idle improved but still has random issues. I found that when i took the car for a spirited ride 20+ miles the idle improved for a bit. Same when going from E to a full tank. Its either injectors are somewhat clogged or my fuel tank has a bunch of crud in it, clogging injectors, cant be positive it was due to the seafoam but no more of that in the tank.
