I have a 1998 acura cl 2.3 It started running real sluggishly and now when i drive the car will not go over 3000rpms. In park it revs normal. I had it tested, came up P1259. I tested the vtec oil pressure switch and the solenoid. The oil pressure switch has continuity with key off and the solenoid engages when connected to positve side of battery via jumper wire. Is there any other things that can cause this and could these parts be bad even after testing. I have already tried changing the oil and checking the level and all of that. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
