So I was just getting home last night and my clutch goes in and out fine (doesn't sink and stay on the floor) but no matter what gear I put it in, when i let the clutch out, nothing happens. The car just revs up and goes nowhere.
From my research, if the clutch master and slave cylinder go out, usually the clutch pedal just loses hydraulic pressure and the pedal sticks to the floor and wont return. mine returns fine. Could it be the master and slave?

I believe the slave makes the clutch stay engaged , so I'd say no to that .

Maybe its just the Master then. i dont think anything else in the trans would be messed up cuz there was not clutch issues or synchro grinding
