Looks like some polishing progress on the mani.
Be careful when you tighten down the manifold cover mine paint splintered like little chips all along the botom edge.

Engine is hesitant at times to accelerate it vibrates but not always and thats the only thing that makes me think its not internal problem. Im having acura tech take a look at it and download the live data. Im affraid that i may have bent valve or something but basicly i never overrev the engine and the compression test is good. Keep your fingers crossed.

New oem EGR Valve installed and EGR port cleaned, New oem injectors installed, New Denso Primary sensor installed, Brand new set of oem coilpacks installed, new set of spark plugs installed... i did just a few miles but i can feel the hesitation is there and it runs rough STILL and P1399... next step is to recheck again grounds and probably move the battery back to the front but i doesnt make sense to me because nobody on this board had issues like that after battery relocation...

next step is to get Acura tech to do the valve adjustment i will have one of the guys come to my house and do it for me...

i dont know whats next if that doesnt help seriously... i just want to fix this problem i dumped like $800 just in parts this week...

Street, since all of the coilpacks and plugs are new, could there possibly be a short or loose connection at the connector to the coil pack(s)?

Maybe a closer inspection of the wires coming out of those connectors might reveal something? Just a thought, while I was looking at the manual.

When you cleaned the egr port, did you make sure to do the 6 individual ports at each runner(red in picture), also a quick check for out of adjustment valves is a look at your map reading. With the engine warmed up and at idle your map should read about .86v to .88v. if it's higher than that its a good indication that valves are out adjustment.

Oem spark plugs. Compression is good so i dont see reason to do the leak down test. I will check the connections once again. But its not that. When i first started it was running nice then it started same freaking thing. All gaskets are new from the head to the top cover plate and i made sure they are installed correctly Vacuum leak ? I dont think so but i will check that. Map sesnor voltage i will check that once i get my hands on live data scanner. I dont think its a valves either because thw problem is not constant but who knows. Fuel ? I dont think so i ony fill up at shell and exxon and only 93.

Yeah guys keep the ideas coming.

Just so you know.
If you have good compression numbers that does not mean you will have the same results with a leak down test.

Some mechanics choose to do a leak down even before a compression test.

Anything from a cracked piston, blown landing, valve stem seals, valve adjustment, worn cam lobes ,cracked sleeve, block or head, etc. can cause a misfire too.
And since you have covered most the fuel and spark componets to fix the problem with no luck it would not hurt to check your leak down percentage's.

finally some progress...

i did few extra grounds in the engine bay but that didnt make much of an difference also i found that my MAP sensor wiring by ECU where you split the wire for ESM install wasnt best shape i took care of that and engine is running nicely and smooth...

im still getting the p1399 but at least car is running way better.

im probably getting someone to do my valve adjustment again just for shits and giggles to have that piece of mind...

again it starts doing the same it was fine for few days and it basicly same thing...

i will do valve adjustment tomorrow and replace the fuel pump for the walbro 255 one (one that came with sc)

leakdown test is coming next but im lost now it might be internal damage but the car sometimes runs better sometimes it gets worse if that would be internal damage it would be constant right... maybe its faulty MAP sensor or WHO THE FUCK KNOWs what else...

im getting on the edge already when i want to fix it or get rid of it

Deep breath man. Hang in there. Youll find the issue soon enough. Worst case scenario, you have a spare motor to drop in

Dont praise the day before the sunset - they say

I noticed that my AFR was a bit too high at wot so i decided to replace the stock fuel pump for the walbro 255 the one that came with supercharger and car ran perfectly for about 50-60 miles then started to do same thing and its running bad. Its driveable but something is
not right. I doubt its internal problem. I can feel loss of tq in low rpms. No codes except the flashing p1399.

Im going to take a trip to Paul tomorrow morning i hope he's gonna find the problem.
