Ive been search for a 2001 CL type S everywhere .. I found one at the dealer . Its black on black and has navigation with enkei 17" rims. The only thing is the right side both outer part of the rims are scractched up and theres little scratches ont he right side of the car you cant really tell. When I test drove it, it started going to the right slowly when I let go of the steering wheel. They said they will fix the alignment and buff out the whole car. It has 40,900 miles and price is 19,900 i brought it down 2 g's.
Should I buy it I need to answer them by Saturday? No warranty on it though. There were 2 other silver type S non navi. but clean inside and out with 41,000 mile and 42,000 both around 22,000 dollars and at a acura dealer with warranty.. which one should I buy? PLease your opinions are much appreciated thank you.

WTF? with 40 kmiles... you should have 10kmiles warranty... Seems BS to me...

Black on Black is tempting, but go with one of the dealers and spend an extra $650 to get the bumper to bumper warranty for up to 100,000 miles. You'll be able to talk them down to 20,000-20,500 for their cars. Especially without Navi.

But the rims are scratched a little which im gonna sell right away for the axis 7 . But the black i know he hit something but not hard cause the alignment is fucked. But they will fix it and i can buy extended warranty its a Nissan dealer.. he droped it 2,500 dollars after i negotiated with him... So still go with the silver?

To be honest with you, I would still do silver. I know everyone says this, but black on black will be scolding hot in the summers, its harder to keep clean, and usually only looks good when it is shiny clean. Silver gives a you a little more room for error....And I would rather deal with an Acura dealer, just in case you ever do have to have something fixed. Its your call though man. Black is tempting. I'd take either

Hey Thanks for your opinion helped alot although that was what I was thinking about.. but you seemed to make more sense out of it haha. Thanks again. I think Im gonna go with black b/c there gonna fix alignment plus im gonna just buy extended warranty and everyone on this site can help me i think if i have a problem. But i heard the 01's have a tranny problem thats what Im worried about. should I be?

$19K is a great deal as long as it's not a POS. You can always buy the extended warranty for about $900+- from Acura. Nada trade value on the car is around $21K. I just bought my 2001 w/31K miles(no navi) for $19,500. It was at a chevy dealer so I got a nice deal, probably why it's as cheap as it is for you too.

*But I agree w/pro2adam...black is a pain in the arse in the summer & a biitch to clean.
