Pics of new tweeter mod & old LED brakelight/rear deck mod
This is my first time working with fiberglass, suede, and LEDs so go easy on me. I did this LED brake light and complete custom rear deck over a year ago but never shared pics. Its fiberglass covered in suede with Focal 6.5s at an angle, flush mounted with a trim piece hidding the screws. I also added a second alarm LED in the middle. The LEDs are wired to light up the entire width of the window when the brake is applied and the left half lights up with the left turn signal and the right with the right. Some of the pics suck, its hard for me to get a decent pic of them lit up, the pictures show a double image.
I made the tweeter sail panels to hold my Focals last week. I wanted a complete custom piece that no one had, yet I wanted it to look stock. Theres alot more pics of this stuff on my cardomain site page 4, see my sig.

I like the suede rear deck with the Focals, but it'd be murder for them here in Texas...good thing you're in Indiana....Tweeters are badass as well...might have to send up my sail panels when i get a new set of components...
...and the brake light looks trick, but it's just not my taste...

Thanks guys! I know the LEDs are a bit much, but I love em and considering its a pdg with big chrome wheels on air the LEDs fit right in. Have you guys noticed the brake light on the Bentley GT coupe, I think that was my inspiration. I know it doesnt compare to Bentley and I also couldnt put them at the top of the rear window. The cars always in the garage so I dont worry about the speakers being exposed. I consider it a show car, yet its never been in a show?!

I love all that you did to that car. Unlike everyone else, I have nothing bad to say. You did a great job on that car. I still think it's kinda weird to put bags on a Type-S, but still; bad ass none the less.

Great job on the mod.
If only the mid year redesign headlights were angled a bit, it would of looked better.
