New Owner Saying Hello...
Well, I just thought I would say "hello". I drive a Stealth for fun but have been wanting to get a decent daily driver. I was driving a 97 Grand Am as a daily driver but that thing has definitely seen better days. I picked up a 2003 Acura CL last week and have really been enjoying it! Here it is...
It's not a Type-S or anything and I probably won't modify it but I've found it's good to have friends in the "community" so I wanted to make sure I found a good Acura forum for my CL. This is the other car in case anyone is curious...

Thanks!! As much as I love the Stealth the CL is an infinitely more comfortable ride! I am really loving the car. In fact, it is really helping me keep a lot of miles off of the Stealth now. Before, I would drive the Stealth anytime it was not raining outside because I hated the Grand Am. I haven't driven the Stealth in like 2 weeks now! hehe
About the only things I don't like about the CL so far are the wheels (I'd like to find someone selling the 17" Type-S wheels. They just look nicer to me) and the fact that there is no direct input to the stereo system for my iPod. I tried an FM transmitter but it's worthless. I'm using a tape adapter that is working fairly well actually but it still isn't as nice as I would like. Oh well.

Cool. You should have done a little more research and got a Type S but hindsight is always 20/20.
There actually is a iPod adapter made by Blitzsafe for your car, Google it and you'll find it. Actually if you search Blitxsafe on Acurazine, you'll find good info as well. Good luck!

Thanks! I used to have an 01 Accord Coupe and the CL's handling and engine seem remarkably similar. I would imagine they are almost the same? The interior though is leaps and bounds nicer than the Accord though. The CL has the most accessible and comfortable rear seats of any coupe I've ever owned!
As for the Stealth, yeah it is a Twin Turbo. 320HP stock but with the mods I have on it now, it's about 400-420HP. I think it makes around 330-340AWHP. That's the power meter estimation on the Blitz boost controller though. I'm not going to bother to dyno it until I install upgraded turbos, fuel system, and intercoolers. Here's a pic from the backside...

Hey everyone! Thanks so much for the kind words about the Stealth! I didn't know how it would be received over here since its the car I actually modify but it's not an Acura. I'm glad y'all like it and I appreciate your comments.
As for the mods on it, they are as follows...
Mods to come will be replacing the stock turbos with a couple of modified WRX turbos, 680cc injectors, e-manage ultimate, and front mount intercooler. After those, it will be making about 450-500AWHP (about 600HP crank).

Three Wheelin'
With your CL you can do headers, CAI and pulleys which will get you from 225hp to around 255 for alittle more fun, and some type-S wheels for looks plus a mild drop and I think you'll be very happy. Congrats.

Stealths/3kGT's are bad ass. My friend Toby went through 2 engines in his Stealth, than a 600HP motor in his VR4. He was walking Evo's and STi's with no problem.
