Might I suggest painting the mesh black? Unless the constant rock chipping scares ya a bit. I know it does for me.

i love the color and the interior, but, im not a fan of chrome. What would look realy realy track like for that car would be some 18 inch roja formual 5s in silver or gold, and or 18 inch volks GTs other than that, your engine cover made me nut all in my pants

lot of nicely done work.. but personally I'm not a big fan on that color... I would much prefer seeing all these mods on either black or silver car. Sorry I guess my opinion is biased.

you wouldnt actually believe how many people really dont like the color. mostly older people though. when i take my car in for oil changes and crap, other people there getting thier cars worked on think the color is too much for a "luxury car".

yes, those are the aem big brake rotors. i have them on the front and rear. they are from a 98-01 accord v6. the fronts go right on, but the rears i had to completely disconnect and remove the e-brake assembly from the rears, cause the rotors wont fit over them. the cars an auto so it really dont matter.

i have had them for about 7 monthe are they are great. im using stock pads. good luck finding this style anymore, now that aem sold everything to powerslot the only ones they make are the carbon black slotted ones. i had to buy mine used from a guy i know that had an accord v6 show car. they had about 2000 miles on them when i got them and they were already 2 years old.

no, they arent the same as stock. they are both big brake upgrades front and back. they come with bigger rotors and caliper relocater brackets. the rotors are two piece you can change the hats if needed.

Just because it's an auto, doesn't mean you don't need the e-brake. Especially with our paper transmissions.

It all depends on what you're goin for, if you want more performance, the best start is either a cold air intake or comptech icebox(can run anywhere from $100 used-$300 new). That's always a good start, then definitely pick up some Comtech headers if you have the money, there was a group buy not to long ago for $1050. They make a big difference (about 30hp), you'll especially notice it in 3rd gear and when the Vtec kicks in. Exhaust for our cars doesn't improve much in performance, but definitely helps with the sound, so it's completely up to you on that one.

If you're going for looks, you can always start with a set nice set of rims/tires and lowering springs or coilovers. I kind of worked backwards with my car, but i just added most of the parts in the past month, so i'm waiting for spring to put rims on my car.

By the way, my mods are: AEM CAI, CT headers, CT cat-back exhaust, TEIN SS-P w/ EDFC, Rotora BBK, and a few minor appearance mods (RJ grille, spoiler w/ clear LED, aluminum door sills, polished aluminum temp/radio knobs)

Good luck

sorry for the hijack, sic cl

that car looks good. i probably wouldn't like any of those parts if they were seperated. but they all come together beautifully. good job on keeping it looking clean.

one of my two favorite colors - looks great w the cf - so the grille is a one-off? - did you take the A and wings off? - and what the offset on the dubs?
do you know someone at discount or did you just ask for a sponsorship?

the grill is one-off. i picked it up from smitty. the 20's are 20x7 with a 45 offset, and the manager of the store saw my car at a show and started talking to me and things went from there.

Sic... I almost bougth those exact rims yesterday, but wasn't sure about them fitting. Was there any problems installing them? How rough is the ride? Your car looks great by the way. I've had my car a year now, and am just starting to get into modding it (not like it's a dime a dozen teg, which I never cared about messing up). Did you have to put in the springs before putting the rims on? Sorry for all the questions, I just want to make sure I get everything before attempting to put anything on!
