1st and 3rd pic is me, rjs looked even better when i got camber kit an alignment but these 8.5 with 38 offset sit so much better. fronts are flush as hell, rears poke out just a tad. yall can say what you want but if you saw it in person your opinion might change....i cant wait till the next meet and see what fellow members have to say. LIKE I SAID THE PICTURES FREAKING SUCK!

tint had to be taken off, ive always had 5 all the way around and 35 on the windshield on my vehicles, but i guess with this color i was The Target to go after. after 3 or 4 tickets in 3 or 4 months i removed it, however i still have the 35 on the windshield so ill probably do a 35 on the rest of the glass to make it look more uniform. however it does look better than i remembered with nothing on

05 TL 17" which I bet weighs more than a stock CL rim because it is .5" wider (17 / 7.5)

i have the same scale hahah weight watchers scale... pretty cool item... but back to the subject... yea i think 20+ belong on impalas, escalade, etc. not acuras

you sure about that width? looks like you need to lower your car, with 20s unless its slammed, the wheels look too big

^^ There is a difference. A wheel that has a great design like the 20" RJs, or one that has a crappy design like the new ones you got that look like something a southside shop would sell from the discount wheel place. They look like TSW wheels I had a while back on a Protege. It is the design that makes them look that way. But it is your car, and that is all what counts. Your old ones looked much better.

crappy design!? its a freakin plain 5 spoke wheel dude. i swear you guys are arguing just for the sake to argue.

i think these are one of the best no lip 5 spoke designs, hidden lugs, very smooth design. and the finish is beautiful

i have no clue what a south side shop is

There just as ugly on that Ferrari. also just because something is on a high end car doesn't make it look good on any other car. If u like them that's all that matters.

Except they are not the same as those Ferrari rims.

I like how anyone that disagrees is arguing just to argue. What are you doing?

Do you understand the concept of posting on a public forum? People respond with their opinions, their feelings, their ideas.

You may not like what is said so either need to stop posting or get thicker skin
When you post.

As far as your brakes, good for you, now you can stop, I lost no sleep nor a single breath over it.

It amazes me when people post they are driving an unsafe car and are shocked when someone calls them out on it.

I have three sets of 80%+ pads that came off my car when I changed to different calipers/rotors, I have not let my brakes get below 30% in 30 years.

I just want to say something, DL, don't worry about what anybody else says, it's just their opinion really. in the end, it's your taste that is expressed when you put wheels on your car. Members here just are brutally honest about their opinions, which is basically the reasons threads like this exist. I know exactly how you feel.

Now, I know what's going on with the difference between your old set of RJ's and the new DeCorsa's. A 20" wheel is pretty much the max size you can go on the CL. The RJ's have a lip, which makes them look more like super aggressive 19", and it ends up looking juuust right, not too big. Your wheels are as big as a wheel can look, because the spokes travel very far from the center to the rim's edge, without interuption. In addition to this, the wheels are 20", so they look almost too big. I have the same problem with my Harrow's (not a problem if thats the look you aim to achieve).

here's a pic of my car, these wheels, liek your DeCorsa's look HUGE as opposed to the Legend Type II's which look just right regarding proportions becasue of the lip.

yes Ron, i totally see what your saying and agree, heck i even had a guy ask if the legend2s were 18 inch one time. ive always noticed that wheels with a lip will look smaller than thier counterparts with no lip. wish you had servos in 20s your new harrows look awesome and ill miss the legends, the only thing i wont miss is the tedious cleaning of the deep lip and spokes

shlda kept the rj's those were hawt. ALso why would you remove all the tint but the winshield. Id think youd remove windshield and front windows and keep the back, never seen someone do the opposite.

i wanted a no lip 5 spoke design, yes the rjs are hot, i agree. i removed all the tint but the windshield because i had 5% all the way around(thats what was getting me all the tickets, not the windshield, even though that is illegal as well). i was exhasted paying hundreds of dollars in tint violations (i think around 170 per ticket) the rear tint could still get me pulled if i cop is behind me and cant see in. i didnt want to remove the front cus that alone is 100 bucks to do. i knew that one day id put 35 on the rest of the car, so i wanted to keep the windshield tinted. it really finishs the car off.

whenever i see a car with limo tint and clear windshield to me it looks odd, esp with a tan or grey dash. that 35 does wonders on a tinted car. when i had the 5 on too, you could stand at my front bumper and not see anything or anyone inside.

i think 20s are too big unless you run a 30 series tire. i think those wheels in 19's (if they make them) would look better. but none the less its just a different style i like it seeing as i had wheels like these before.

those are foose lusso 5 in 19's
