My CLS with TSX Rims
Well I decided to put my TSX Rims to use and I actually think they look really good on the car. Now all it needs is like a 1.5 to 2 inch drop. Anyone want to sell me some springs although I would rather have coilovers but I dont have the money.
Here are my two favorites.
(This one was taken by holding a drilled piece of metal I found in front of the camera.)
This one I took just cause I thought it looked cool.

Is it me, or do the TSX wheels look right at home on the 2nd Gen CL's? Especially on SSM. I saw one for sale (on ebay I think) that was SSM, lowered, w/tint and the car looked so clean. It's a great combination IMHO.

They fit perfectly. A side note though, the new TSX wheels look like crap on the CL. I went to get my tires rotated and some chick had her new TSX there for a new tire (she THINKS she hit a curb). Any ways, I put one on, and couldn't wait to get it off.

Unlike a lot of rims which people put on cars, I believe the TSX rims on a CL look awesome.
They have that "factory rims just-right kind of look" to them!
A little drop would add the final touch!

I just bought these TL wheels off of ebay and i guess they are 17x8. they seem like they would stick out extremely far, or is that just an illusion, considering how "slim" the stock '03 cls rims are?
I did some messing around in the garage and put one on just to test....

and here's a side view....

I'm open to all advice at this point..considering that if there is evidence of mounting I will not be able to return them. If anyone thinks this will work, I'd like some tire sizes. Thanks!
