Yea, if you put the two pumps side by side, its difficult to tell them apart.
The GSS342HP is the 255lph high pressure version. They sell the GSS342 255lph pump as well which isnt high pressure.
The most difficult part about the install was slipping the hose on the pump and then onto the filter because the hose was cold and didnt want to stretch much.

Thanks man
These came in over a week ago, and I was waiting to post pics until I got my new wheels and installed these, but since E30 posted his I might as well bring mine to show and tell too
These were in the BM for quite a while. I didnt want them originally because of the blue, but they were the only set I could find. And its powdercoat, not paint
The blue in his pictures made it look lighter, but the blue is actually quite dark in person, so Im leaving them as-is. I cant wait to mount them along with my Russell SS lines and EBC Red Stuff pads.

Well the issue is definately the FPR. I swapped it out with another one I had and it held pressure, until one of the gaskets on it blew
Its pouring out and cold, so I wasnt messing with it any more. I plan on working on it tomorrow morning.

There was a seal on the FPR, the unused port. The car ran perfectly for about a minute then fuel started spraying from the seal. Its one of those O-rings.
I havent been able to work on the car since last Friday since Im on vacation, and I wont be back until next week.
Would you reccomend using some sort of sealant on it? I was thinking about using thread tape but I dont know if it will work with fuel.

or is it a tapered plug and just needs to be tightened up some to stop the leak
also if it is an o-ring, make sure it has not been cut, twisted/rolled or anything, which can cause leaks
and i have never seen a manufacture use teflon on a fuel line fitting, so i don't know how well it would last

then replace the o-ring already and make sure it is compatiable with fuel also or you will be replacing it again
also look into the port to make sure there are no shap edges or burrs that could potentially cut the o-ring, and that the sealing surface is smooth too

Or if you want to stop by here on your way back I have another FPR here, just send me the failed one so I can rebuild it.

Just a quick question, why the baby break-in?
My engine shop told me to drive it like I normally do. They actually reccomended NOT babying it, as getting it up to temp quickly and putting some load on the engine would help seat the rings better.
BTW nice build.
