anyways, the evo's do get the 5-bolt wheels, where the regular lancers only get the 4-lug wheels (i think, unless of course they all get 5-lug now )

This is one of the front wheels. They are 18x8 +30mm. The rears are 18x8.5 +33mm. I was planning on running just the front wheels all around. Theres no reason for a staggered fitment.

I got this one for less then the discounted price of one 18" A-Spec wheel. These wheels list for over $1200 each from Nissan. Every now and then you will see some asshat on craigslist selling them for $500 for the set because they have no idea what they have.
