thanks man! im currently tossing around the idea of just putting some dumps on there to keep it from blasting the bumper behind the tires, or doing something different with some other OEM cans all together. i wanna hear your sound system when it is all finished. my CD player keeps giving me error messages, so i think it might almost be time to head over to the "shop" for some work.

u can just get those tips that just turn down..

again i think 3.0-3.5 round tips are perfect. 4 is huge, i have 4 and it'll look like ass w/o a noticable exhaust cutout

ya man, my friend has 4 inchers on his AV6 coupe and i held them up to my bumper the other day...they are just too big.

im going to head to the exhaust shop tomorrow and pick up some turn downs for now and keep looking for the right tips. the only other option is a set of TLS cans that already have a nice OEM looking round tip.

the tl one to me is a bit too small, i might pick up some no-name brand round 3.0... =\ i can't find anything nice from magnaflow or borla.

Love the way the car has come together but I have never really liked the TL rear lip to begin with. Props to distorted for doing such a great job. Looks good.

are you gettin the body or the package? i got the package and the stock lens isn't bad, but i'm upgrading to a really good lens w/ IS that doesn't break the bank. hit me up if you want more details

yah my dremel motor brushes are broken so i'm using my dewalt drill with the dremel tips. so far while attempting to cut every other word has been "fuck", with plenty of "shits" and "GDs" sprinkled in.

oh and i'm gluing the ends back on and filling the gaps. almost done and off to paint on monday!
