mna, if thats a bumper off ebay, then thats a waste, the area that is supposed to be black is going to look crappy if you paint it.

I'm sure I'm missing something, but why did you buy a new bumper instead of modding your existing one?

Regardless, it's gonna look clean when it's done...youdaman!!

my current one is completely covered in clear bra. i couldn't bring myself to scrap it knowing how much the installation was. plus if, and when, i go to sell the car i can take these parts off and sell them.

So im guessing you buy a 99-01 tl front lip from an acura oem parts dealer, then cut it in two places, fill it with _____? and bond it with ______? Distorted, you do this for money?

99-01 but i think the sides and rear are the same for both year groups.

3m plastic filler ($45 per tube) and 3m panel adhesive ($35 per tube)
i could charge but the project is really time consuming.

Distorted, you got any pictures on how you cut the lip in 2 parts? I'm just curious on how long it would take just on the tl lip setup, im willing to do a lip project by myself just need a good diy, body shop is my last resort. Your setup is pretty badass btw I'll probably see you around in atx

Love the setup. Exactly what I would do if I had the patience or cash lying around. All the serial body kits for our car are ugly as sin IMO - except for the RonJon kit which aint bad.
