i just got an 01 3.2 cl type s and i want to mod it while keeping it a sleeper. i havent found a set of rims that im crazy about yet. also i wanted to take off the acura badge in the back and have it just say acura. so far i havent seen any of that here. suggestions anybody? also is there a boston cl-s meet anywhere

Thats crazy clean, but you should keep the front plate on it. The bracket probably already screwed up the paint.

Just picked up my 2003 Nighthawk black pearl Type-S with 71,000 miles last weekend, and couldnt be happier to be back in a Honda/Acura. Here are a few quick pics.

I am pumped to be back in a Honda (Acura) again. This is probably one of my favorite cars that I have owned. Now I just need to start modding it!

Welcome. I had an 88 in the same color. Good luck with the CL. That auto tranny isn't the most reliable though.

Well we're here to help.
The cheapest upgrade would be an Odyssey tranny swap. If you can get your hands on a wrecked 6MT though, you can convert your car over then part out the rest and break even.

Picked this bad boy up a few months ago...
These are the wheels that came with it, does anyone know what they are? I'm assuming they were some factory option, but I haven't been able to find them on any other CL yet.

Hey guys!! New here! Just moved from ATL to NC for college. Just starting on modding my car up so far I got the back emblems blacked out and flipped (will take pic soon) and debadged everything else. Red fog lights. Option Racing Short Ram Intake. Also got (2) red VTEC SOHC stickers (will also post up) that I was thinking of putting on the side of my car. Anyways here is what I have so far when I first got it.

03 Heads, Tinted - Tails, Foglight deletes
Comptech Headers, Midpipe, Muffler, Sway Bars, Springs w/Tokico Illuminas, Upper Tower Brace, Motor Mounts, Icebox, Brake Lines.
Brembo Drilled & Slotter Rotors/ Red Stuff Pads.
Kenwood8017 + W6 in custom enclosure
6000k Ultinons and LEDs EVERYWHERE.
18" RJ Machined Servos with 225/40/18 Exclaims
5% Tint all around, 35% on Windshield
Blacked out trim.

I used glossy black vinyl on the window trim and door handle.
Looked great for the 2 years it was on. Never had any problems and always looked like it came that way.
For the taillights and front sidemarkers I used Oracal translucent vinyl.
