He sold his CL a little over a month ago and got an Evo.

We are going to snap a few pics in the afternoon...

I'll try to get some different angles.

I hate how I always default to the same shit...learning process.

I've been researching how to take pics of cars and it's more difficult then I thought to get some good pix.

But I'm trying...

As some of you may/may not know...krisdlm sold his 03 CLS 6MT about two months ago.

We tried to work in a photoshoot before he sold the car but it wasn't in the cards.

So today...we met up for a bit...I snapped some pics of his new Evo.

We had to cut our mini-shoot early so we didn't get any pics of the cars together.

Another time...but wasn't a total waste.

Couple of pics for your viewing pleasure.

Actually...at first I was thinking a Gunmetal color so I wouldn't have to worry about the jams and what not.

But I haven't done as much research as to what color.

I just found this color...

I am really feeling it.

needs to be a darker shade and not so matte.

Oh and nf3d0149ab I just noticed how crazy those trees are in that one shot of your cl. Real cool

^& almost, I would put a couple layers of red-brown (in different opacities to make the sun effect) overtop to give it that pearl look.

Don't think the color is right.

Yeah...I was diggin' those trees which was why I took that shot.

Wished I would have been in the road further to get more of the trees instead of the road.

That's SF landscape for ya...very coastal!

That color on that M5 is sick though...IMO.

I would love to have that color...

Trying to find a better pic. of that color...actually I had the link but my browser failed.

Been trying to get the name of the paint color since then...

I'm on this M5 site...but the navigation sucks!

^That M5 is sick, one of my favorite reddish colors with exception to that sweet burgundy/purple the 350Z's have.

Yessir! They discontinued it though I think...A friend had one in that color with blacked out everything and HKS cans...yum!

The more I look at it...kind of makes me think I've seen it before.

Damn...I am having a hard time getting that color code on the M5.

Do you know what body style that is? Ex. E36 or whatever.

But you are right that I need to focus on the performance aspect a bit more.

Actually...all I'll say is that...I'm sure no CL has ever had this before and hope to be the first.

Should be done in a few weeks.

I'm taking pics today with a SICK 3rd Gen WDP TL-S!
