Yup...I tried to help but he's just too good...I'd just be in the way.

I don't have half his tools or a work space...perfect setup to work on cars.

Nice...can't wait to see your drop.

Rolling I realize isn't the end-all cure for rubbing.

I'm not even running an aggressive setup.

I hope to pick up another set of wheels this year so I don't even know what I would do to mod out the fenders beyond where they sit now.

Actually it just ended up being Dennis and I rolling the fenders because he didn't want a bunch of people "mooching" off his roller.

He asked me to be discrete about getting it done on my car and not invite everybody to make it a mini-meet so I respected that.

He had never rolled a fender before with the tool so was using my car as a guinea pig.

I think he plans on offering it as a side service to people for a very affordable price is what I gathered.

Update: Removed Mud Guards

It's a subtle difference but much cleaner IMO.

As long as the paint is in good condition behind the mud guard otherwise I certainly wouldn't remove it.

Alameda Naval Base SSM Photoshoot

I met up with a few other local guys from the Bay Area.

We had one simple objective in mind. [To shoot models in SSM]

We chose the Alameda Naval Base.

Have like 300 pix to go through but this is a sample pic.

Some of the spots that we chose were so good...

The Captain of the USS Hornet came off the ship and gave me his business card because he wants copies!

Great pix so far. Your ride is definably sitting really nice. I would love to drop mine sometime soon but i just got laid off and i am in college at the moment so no aftermarket parts for me for now. Post up some more of the Naval Base when you get the chance.

^ Ha ha...one thing that I always hate about group shots is that I typically never know who is who.

I tried to blend them into the background.

When I can...I am going to incorporate the names in at least one shot.

Those airplane hangars we are going to be parked in are going to be crazy!

They are pretty good size.

Ha ha...very funny!

What's next...good question.

1) Sarona Roof Spoiler.

2) Getting another rear bumper or my bumper fixed and re-painted. (Lady couldn't parallel park...thank God I got the license plate)

3) Carbon Fiber hood wetsanded & clearcoated.

4)

5)

6)

That's what the plan looks like...

I got a great deal (it was used) on it considering it needed some work.

Still need to get it wetsanded and re-cleared to make it look just right.

With the work and everything said and done...

I'm looking @ $350 total.
