Thanks.

Probably some mechanical items first.

I still have a interesting suspension problem in the back.

It has opened my eyes to a new secret mystery mod by accident.

From all the input of my local Bay Area members...

I am running an Accord knuckle on the passenger rear.

It is slightly smaller and makes the wheel sit in just a bit more then on the driver's rear.

I can actually run a more aggressive offset on the back and it will tuck better!

So for all you guys out there who want to run more aggressive offset...slap some Accord knuckles on there! LOL

Yeah...for example.

Both coils are set to lowest thread.

Driver's rear tire is sitting flush and fender is sitting on tired with direct contact.

Passenger rear tire is sitting in more, more camber and about an inch of clearance.

Damn...that can't be good for even tread wear.

Having uneven tire tread is the price to pay for being low haha, would like to see more pics, your cl is progressing along very nicely, wish I could go as fast but being a broke college student isn't helping my cause.

Thanks man...

Yes even tire tread is quite an expense to pay.

Being a broke professional isn't helping either.

I got more pics...took a few today.

Have to get them on my computer so I can clean them up a bit.

No I didn't...from what I understand...you are supposed to wait about a few weeks.

My issue isn't going to be corrected with alignment.

Mechanically...one side doesn't match the other.

No alignment can correct that.

I already purchased another CL knuckle.

Just got to install it.

Ride is looking sweet Noah. Really make me want to pick up a set of coils, will prob not bother with another set of springs. Next thing you got to do is the fender roll/grind, whichever way your going. Oh yeah, and rip out that accord knuckle, all in good time.

I'm going to roll the fenders I guess...

Not familiar with fender grinding but I don't like how that sounds.

Going to either take it to a shop

or

See if I can get some other people who want to roll their fenders and we can split the rental and DIY.

Where did you go to shave them?

Is there an advantage shaving or rolling?

I might do mine in the spring. From what i've read up on it, just heat up the part you're going to roll with a heat gun (just enough to make the metal more malleable) and then use a bat or broom handle and roll the fender lip. With the salt & weather here i'm not into cutting and exposing metal.

Yeah...I live by the ocean...no cutting for me.

I'm just going to use a fender roller or have a shop do it for me.

I don't feel comfortable with the ol' baseball bat technique.

It's the round mesh...

Just like the sample I posted earlier.

Perforated Mesh.

I can go take a pics in like 20 minutes so you can see up close but it's the same.

Which is the other pattern you are considering?

If you end up purchasing the material through that company...they will subtract the price of the samples from your order: FYI

Still have massive rubbing in the rear tires...don't know WTF!

Fenders are rolled flat.

We cut the bumper closer to the mount and still....scrape...scrape....scrape.

I can't even take a right hand turn @ 10 mph without scraping....

Only thought is to now run a camber kit so I can bring the wheels in a bit

To clear the fenders because I do not want to raise it!
