Here is what i decided to do... I went to several body shops around town that create custom body kits as well as placement for ordered kits. Talk with them for a while, ask for pics and several referals. Call, compare pics for creativity, etc. Spend the money if you have it. There is no kits for the CL so you will have to make a custom kit. Look online for kits that you think will go well with your taste and styling. I am currently creating a kit that I think will go well with my car, matching fronts with side skirts and rear valiance. If you are willing to spend the money it soen't matter what car you have T.L. or not. Just find a reputable place and get your creative cap.

Do you guys think a 99 - 2002 HondaAccord Coupe body kit will fit on the CL? Also theres a honda Saber & Inspire but no JDM version of the CL or is there?

Wings West said that they would make a kit if enough people called them about a CL kit. They said that you would have to call. Just an email wouldn't do.

Any kit can fit any car if you pay the right money and go to a good shop. Find a reputable place give them a pic of what you want and they shoud be able to custom mount the kit to your original bumper lining. But you are right the accords are going to be the best to work with.
