Anyone with 19" rims wanna show off your tight ass rides???
I was thinkin of gettin the axis se7en mod rims for mah type s ...they are 19X8 with a 3 piece look and a comptech drop so there wont be rubbing....anyone got any pics of cl's w/ 19's and a comptech drop?...that'll be much helpful...thanks

nice ride nicky....i got a couple questions for u....what size are ur tires and if they are 235/35/19, do they rub?? and also is the front driver's side fenderwell gap slightly less than the front passenger's side fenderwell gap?

azts........You freaked me out.....I measeured all of my gaps, and they are the same on both sides.....
I have a Comptech drop w/235/35/19s and I have NEVER RUBBED!!!!!!!! The ride is kinda harsh.......I might start lookin into some 18"s

Firstly, you should not sign up to our forum and talk trash about our cars.
Second, the only people I see driving eclipses are chicks and that's probably why they "dig" it more. Stylish is totally in one's own opinion, you might think an Eclipse is more stylish and another may think that the CL is.
Faster in terms of what? Stock for stock, or modded? Obviously with $$$ under the hood of an eclipse it will be fast that a CL-S. You can make any car fast if you have the proper resources.
Any of the CL owners on this forum could have gotten a Eclipse, it's just a matter of personal preference. Don't get me wrong, I respect the Eclipse, I just don't respect you talking shit about our cars.

Comon guys the eclipse is in a class of its own. For example it couldnt touch a base cl, our interior and backseet room is bigger, the smooth handling that doesnt come with pos cars ( i mean turns above 80ph), the fact that everyone and their mother has an eclipse and actually thinks its fast. You just got to realize just because very few people know about the cl and what it can do, doesnt give u any reason to say that b*tch car is better than ours.

u only get more bitches in a eclipse cause they want to use u to drive your car, your a pussy for driving a girls car, hook up w/ a cl guy in your area so u can see what car is faster, you'll get a good view of the rear of his car for a lil then you wont be able to see him at all

OMG, talk a bout eclipse...a fuckin white one with a carbon fiberhood tried to race me from behind....he thought he'd be cool and try to pass me up....little did he kno the power of the type-s....he couldnt even keep up...he tried to cut me off but failed as i shifted into 3rd....lol another faggot with an eclipse....

how did you get those wheels to fit without rubbing? aren't those wheels a 35mm offset? do the back tires rub against the fender flange when 2 people are in the back seat? i am just wondering because i am in the market for some 19s and am having a hard time finding wheel offsets that are close to stock. please help....your ride is tight!!!!!

only problem i'm getting with them is i'm getting vibration at 45 to 55, I just center rings installed and still i got vibration, got alignment and balance 3 times. any other tips, people with 19s please help.
