AHhh so many choices!!

I just got a new 3.2 CL Type -S 2003

Its the dark gray one and has got pretty much everything i need, for a stock vehicle of course.

I am planning to make some mods, but im a just too damn new at this stuff. I need help!

First, I want to lower it a bit, but i dont want to sacrifice the great suspension the CL already has. Any ideas for this? I need the handling and i dont want to sacrifice it to drop my car an inch. Is there a way around this, like a body kit to give it the effect?

Second, i need some wheels! My tires are 17'' stock and I dont want to buy another set of new wheels, i dont have that kind of money. I'm looking for some nice 17'' wheels if anyone could direct me.

Third, I dont want a fancy body kit, just somthing to add a little flare. Any opinions on how my car would look with a body kit but not lowered, or would that give the effect of a lowered car?

All in all, I'm going for a fast, but still classy looking car. I want it to be different, but not riced out.

Please link me, send images of your own cars, or just tell me your opinions.

thanks.

your new type- S

I think that you shouldn't lower cause then its not gonna have the nice sporty acura type look. Just get the stock oem acura type -s rims in chrome (I've seen them they look good) and get bigger 17" tires that will really make it look good and sporty... Then you can sell your stock rims and tires... Then get like a light tint on the car and your on you way with a sporty looking type -S

I wouldnt mind the tint, but i dont like the idea of buying stock rims even if theyre alloy. i rather get my own choice and add a different look. I already have 17'' tires stock because its a type-s, so i plan to get 17'' rims, but just a new style.

get comptech springs, and comptech, or eibach sways. The springs lower the car a decent amount and imho doesn't sacrifice any ride quality. And the sways are great for handling, and also don't really hurt the ride.

if you get new rims you should get new tires too even if they are 17s still, our tires suck and a lot of people are switching way before their tread is gone just for that reason
