03 ClS on 20x7.5 rims

Hey I have been talking about my car and now its time to post pics..Just installed H&R (honda accord springs), front grill (BIG THANKS FOR ccannizz11 who posted the grill and the mesh for it), and foose speedster 20x7.5 with 45mm off set and nitto 555 225-25-20 tires. I want to thank mkomaee for the rim idea with his pimped out cl. I also included my 01 WS6 Trans am 6speed with Ati pro charger, Twin intercooled 500+hp and bunch of other mods... So this would be my speed car and my acura is everyday driver. I also included some bikes that I have, the big crusier is my dads, yzf 600, cr85, 2 pocket rockets, 1 mini chopper, are my toys. Enjoy and please dont tell me that acuras shouldnt have 20's on it...It was put together just for flossing.. Thanks everyone for the ideas

Damn Some1 host the pics for me... This shit is complicated...

cool.. Hey I just realized that the tire size is 225-35-20, not 225-25-30. The pics kinda suckd due to the rain today, cars a bit dirty. The Trans am was just taken out of storage couple days ago and has 16899, miles on it so its new.. Oh yah my acura just hit 40k...
I will post better pics another day as well after some cleaning and polishing.

nah its 2nd, mkomaee had those wheels so hes the true pioneer of those rims on cl. But thanks for the comments. I was worried when I 1st posted due to the other 20in post that people really hated. Im just glad it doesnt look getto fab.. Damn that grill tho, its a funny pic of it, it really doesnt look like that in real life, it looks like it was over creased.. Its my 1st attempt on the grill and have much more mesh left for 2nd,3rd,4th tries.. Im thinking about clearing out the lights, but it looks like a pain in the ass...

You should have got a 225/30/20 or a 245/30/20. Either would have been smaller than 225/35/20 because of aspect ratio ... looks really good though to me!

i like the look from the side, and the wheels look good.

but it think the front needs some work. i would lose the grill so you can see the chrome wing, since you're 'flossin' those chrome dubs. i also think you should go w/ '01-02 (chrome) headlights. there will be people lining up in the for sale forums to trade for your '03's

I'm likin' the wheels a lot.

Do you have any rubbing problems @ all?

And upon Mattg's suggestion. I will trade my '01 lights w/ your '03's please. thx

^I'm serious.

Thanks for your comments.
So far I have a little bit of rubbing under bigger bumps on the road, but only in rear. I have not been to a shop yet so dont know about camber issues yet. I think i should get my fenders rolled tho. The wheels came with tires balanced.. I can fully crank my steering wheel 100% and does not rub at all. I can tell that im on 20s and can feel the bumps a little bit more but it not too bad, little bit firmer than stock. Honestly I dont mind the ride at all and Im on stock suspension.
The lights... I love the 03 lights so will not be trading...Sorry. I honestly dont like the chrome lights, the black looks more classy to me.
Yah the grill Im going to retry a few more times till it looks better. Anyways thanks for the comments.

Looks nice man, those are badass wheels. How do you like the H&R Sport drop? Is it pretty even with no sagging?

Speedsters...Yeah it was the pics of that TL from the Jersey meet when I first noticed the foose wheels. I am thinking about getting the black and chrome speedsters, but I don't think 20's will fit w/ my comptech drop, and I don't think the blk&chrm come in anything smaller.

I wanted to get the 3piece black rims but they were too expensive and I dont think they make correct size for our cars. I think its 20x9 or something vs 20x7.5. If you get rims any wider then 7.5 with wrong offset on 20s, then it does start to look kinda ghetto.
I was thinkin about the m5 spoiler too.. I think im going to hold off for a bit. Body shops around here sucks and cant match your car for shit...
Too much accessories make the car look over done. But I dont think m5 spoiler would make it look bad tho.
This tire and rim would fit w/comptech springs..Im pretty sure. I have plenty of room in front with no rubbing issues with my h&r springs.
That TL is slammed, looks very nice.

Wow. Stock suspension? Why does it look like it's lowered?

And getting the headlights was worth a try
