Comptech supercharger oil change and reseal
I removed the blower with the bracket in place:
Some of the oil:
It came out green and thick. Smelled like crap too. I'm not sure what Comptech uses but the Ford/GM supercharger oil is clear.
Unbolt cover and pull it apart. Pull it out carefully and do not use a screw driver to pry it apart... you'll damage the mating surfaces and ruin the seal.
Nice and clean:
Reseal with Loctite 548:
Torqued the cover bolts to to 15 ft/lbs and allen head screws to 10 ft/lbs. Opened up the fill hole (standard size allen bolt, not metric). Then sat the supercharger on its end and refilled with two bottles of GM supercharger oil (118 mL each). This was enough to cover the gears and a bit more (about 5/8" from the top of the fill hole). I remounted the supercharger with the bracket it on so there is no risk of breaking the seal. It makes wrestling the ac line a bit less worrysome.

BTW, the green coupler is for a Grand Prix M90 supercharger (aftermarket coupler). I got it to check to see if it fit ours and it doesn't seem like it fits. I didn't try too hard though.

I just called Comptech...this statement is verified. 180mL it is. He further mentioned in case you don't use the above method, and simply drain it from the fill/drain plug, only put in as much as you take out. Meaning that if you only drained 100mL (basically stating you didn't drain it all for example even though you felt you did), only put 100mL back in.
