the autos lose at least 20% and probably closer to 23-24%
here's mine with intake, headers, PnP intake manifold, and a dry 60 shot. no cool down for the car. we just put it on the dyno and went for it. from 235/192 to 296/26x (due to spike) is pretty good considering there wasn't ANY tuning.
sorry for the crappy plot. i just took a pic of it.

removed it a few months ago. tracked it but always had horrible wheel hop and the car wouldn't shift from 2nd to 3rd while being sprayed.
guess she was meant to be a dyno queen.

The 2nd -> 3rd not shifting issue happened to me if I broke the tires loose in 1st gear. If I had traction through the 1st -> 2nd shift it would shift 2nd -> 3rd just fine.
Other people have had that problem as well. It seems to be somewhat common on high horsepower automatics.

i've had the no shift (@ redline) on the 2-->3 happen on a number of occasions in my car. but it's never happened at the strip, and that's w/ over 120 runs on my car. and it never happened while using n02 either.

It never happened to me before the supercharger. The 2nd day I had it though it happened. I played around with it and I was able to duplicate the problem.
For me it was:
1) VSA on
2) Break traction in VTEC just before 1 -> 2 shift (which activates VSA during shift)
3) Stay on the throttle wide open
4) Attempt to shift from 2 -> 3 at any rpm above 5500 without any luck.
5) Let off throttle
6) Attempt to shift from 2 -> 3; no luck
7) Let rpms fall below 5500 rpm
8) Attemp to shift from 2 -> 3; car shifts fine from 2 -> 3 -> 4; etc

i had 2 nearly perfect runs w/ my 75 shot, and damn they felt good.
on both of those runs i sprayed right out of the hole, but i waited and hit WOT at the perfect time which netted 2.0 60's. by 5000 rpm the car is struggling for traction, and gate shifting into 2nd resulted in a little wheelspin. once traction is achieved in 2nd it felt like you were strapped to a rocket. (i'm convinced that if i ever would have had the chance to race mrsteve, i would've pulled in 2nd and he would've pulled in 3rd) tires would bark a little shifting into 3rd and then it's the mad dash for the finish line, where i would need to be shifting into 4th.
those were good for 13.28 @ 105.3 / 13.25 @ 105.7

I have gotten it to occur without VSA as well. It all pretty much depends on the amount of wheelspin it seems. Also, if i do a decent launch without much wheelspin, I never get any problems. The only time it would really happen is from a terrible start or a 2->1 downshift from 20 mph, which would/still causes excessive spin.
Im guessing that spinning in 2nd is especially part of the equation. So pretty much an auto cant make use of anymore than 350 whp, unless they are highway runs, since they will end up spinning and never make it to third!
