Would P8713W fit road lamp?

Would P8713W fit road lamp?
Ok, I poped one of the M-6 when i was installing it on my sis's car. Seems like the hole on the right lamp is too small. So now shes driving with one side yellow(stock) one side white(M6) hehe. Anyways my friend was telling me that the P8713W is the same size as the stock bulb and its less wattage so it wont melt the housing. I was wondering if anyone tried the P8713W, would it be not as bright as the M6? The M6 is P8714W 18W, P8713W is 5 or 6W she said.

That P8713W is Polarg's M4 bulb. It's the same size and wattage as the stock bulb and the PIAA 19169. As you mentioned, the M6 is 18w so it's much brighter than all three and looks best but then you do have the slight chance of melting/burning a spot on the housing.
