Wiper
Well it seems like my wiper blades don't have enough pressure on the windshield. It seems like they are smearing when it is wet. Also in the morning when there is frost it wont remove it completes and the wiper blade would go right over melting frost and push it around a little. I have the bosch icon and they are only a few months old. Is there an adjustment I can make? Thanks for any help.

Do the wipers go off track? For Example, the wiper smears and then goes off the windshield smacking the pillar on the side of the car? I had the same problem. Check your wiper blade control arms (I guess that's what you call them) that actually control the wiper blade movement.
Chances are the little gear the arm rides on has worn out it's teeth causing it not to get a controlled fluid movement when it goes across the windshield thus causing the smear.
Another sign this is the problem is if the wiper blades are going too fast even when you have it at normal speed.

It may not be worn teeth but just a loose nut. take the cap off and just try to tighten the nut.
I had the same wipers and thought that they were horrible. just bought a set of the new rain-x wipers that are just a blade and I think they work amazingly!
