Windshield Wipers
In the factory brochure for the 2001 3.2 CL it says that both models are equipped with speed-sensing intermitten wipers. Has anyone actually seen this work or know how to set it? Thanks.

I shave my change purse
The best time to see it work is when you have it set to the highest speed in "Intermittent" wiping mode.
With the car stopped it will wipe about once every second or so. When you start moving hte car it will speed up the faster you go. Stop the car again and about a second later it will stop and resome the 1 sec per wipe.

Does anyone elses wipe on slow speed non-stop when you turn the time delay all the way down? Mine does, I love it. I never turn the switch farther than the first click. Never knew the tricks above though, like Johnny said "Cool."

still not as good as the bmw rain sensing wipers. they wipe as fast as the rain can fall. if it's just a drizzle, they will only wipe every few seconds. if it's a heavy rain, they will wipe continuously. very nice feature...much more modern than what we have...

IMO, the CL does not have enough bells and whistles...it's pretty basic to me...

they are all part of "cold weather" packages or "sport packages" or "performance" or what ever else they want to call it. and you will pay thousands for it. most of them offer an OPTIONAL 6 disc cd changer-in the trunk or glove box. personally the in dash one is a no brainer.
they are all "standard" on the cl-tl....but they get overlooked cause you know all acuras have them.
an i love my baby too
