Will a TL trunk fit in a CL?

Will a TL trunk fit in a CL?
does anyone know if the interior trunk lining(spare/floor cover, side lining panels, etc) from a 99-03 TL will fit in an 01-03 CL??

I don't think so. All of the sheet metal outside is different so there's probably enough differences inside that it won't work.

No, the tail lights and the overall shape of the trunks are off.

thanks! saved me some hassles. i just got my first CL but it didn't have a trunk interior because someone had a huge box in it and took everything out.. so now im on the search for the panels...
