Will Koni yellows set to lower perch work on our car?
I've been hearing that there's two settings on the Koni yellows for where they are mounted. Everyone uses the higher one. How low would the lower one be and would it work with the Comptech springs I have now?
What would be the downsides? Camber issues? How would you adjust the camber, or would an alignment be enough? What's the difference in height b/w high and low perches?

I know that Koni's warranty will be void if you install them on the lower perch along with lowering springs. The lower perch is only supposed to be used with stock springs and the upper perch used with lowering springs. Using stock springs and the lower perch setting is said to lower your car like 3/4 an inch or something close to that.

Right by why does it void the warranty?
How low would it be if I used lower perch with Comptech springs?
I guess it might be bad if it didn't leave enough "give" in the shocks/springs. Maybe that's why. Bottom out too easily?

The lower perch with Comptech springs would lower the car like 3/4 of an inch in addition to whatever the Comptech drop is. The main reason they don't want you doing that is exactly what you said, because there won't be as much give in the shocks and they'll bottom out too easily. I've seen some Neuspeed Koni's that are 20mm shorter than the Koni Yellows so you might be able to use those on the lower perch with the Comptechs.

Or is it the "dead bodies in trunk are very heavy" look?
