Will A Catback Exhaust From A 98+ Accord Fit My Cls

I Ordered Some Xs Headers From Ssautochrome.com And I Love Them. I Was Just On The Site And Saw A Dual Catback Exhaust For The 98+ Accord. I Wanted To Know If It Would Fit My 01 Cls. And If It Does What Kind Of Sound Do You Think It Will Have Any Thing But That Loud Ricey Sound Is Ok With Me.

Modification will probably be needed. I'm sure it won't be a direct fit. About sound, who knows, maybe search over on the accord forums and see if you can find someone who's installed them.
