Will an AEM CAI from CLS-6 fit AV6 ?

Will an AEM CAI from CLS-6 fit AV6 ?
From the looks of a friends stock air intake on his 2000 AV6, it looks like it will fit fine.
Any thoughts ?

Nope, the mounting brackets are different and diameter too is different.

our diameter is 3", AV6 is 2.75 or 2.5", You could just use a reducer, not a problem

Also you need to cut the intake shorter

Cutting is not a problem, but where might we find a reducer ?
