Why not start a dedicated DEAD TRANNY section ???

I really feel for you guys, but I’m getting damn tired of seeing all these “My tranny just died” threads.
It’s almost as bad as the “Does Xephyr owe you money” phase we went through a few months ago.
Why don’t you just keep adding to ONE thread, which would make it easier to track/log the problems.

Maybe I’m just getting paranoid because I have a 2,200-mile trip to Florida coming up in a week.
Sorry, that’s just my opinion.

What are you guys going to do with your old tranny? How hard would it be for me to rebuild it. I think it'd be fun. I'll pay for the shipping if you guys are just going to throw them away. The one I want is the one with the 5 speed sport shift.

Remember the good ole' days when it was "my actuator isn't working"? BTW, I think mine isn't working again.
