Unless that pic is for another product I would say that VISracing.com makes that kit as it says it all across the picture 
but I could be wrong. I didn't search their site to thoroughly.
But to me the kit looks like a modified Black Widow style kit .

I found that pic on ebay, they were selling the VIS hood but I was very interested in that front bumper... They told me they didnt know who made it they were only trying to sell the hood. LoL
