Well, I have a TL-S which is basically the same, and from what I read when I was deciding, I went with the Injen. Apparently it fits a little better. That was the only thing that made my decision. Otherwise, they are both very similar as far as HP gained, etc. although people seem to report the Injen gives a little more "oomph". Also, the Injen is a little cheaper......
Check these out for some good comparison info....

I think the general consesus is...personal preference. I have the Injen just because I always liked Injen. Performance wise they are nearly, if not exactly identical. If you want to get the bypass valve then I would get the AEM. Just because AEM won't warranty valve if it is not connected to an AEM intake.

Also, you may want to do a search... first on AEM, then on Injen. You'll get a lot of topics with good info... that is what I did.....
BTW, I installed the AEM bypass on the Injen no problem. I'm not too worried about the warranty on the bypass valve personally, but some people may be.....

I'm thinking about dyno for the Injen. Problem is I don't want to take off the other mods just to Dyno to CAI. We'll see, I may get an itch one day...
Oh yeah and about the hydrolock...I've never known anyone and heard of one story that it "allegedly" happend. Don't let that influence you're decision at all.

Does anybody know which way the AEM CAI filter points? I though I saw a picture where the filter pointed straight down. The Injen points towards the fog lamp. Probably no performance difference, but interesting...

Hey moonmaster, what's the diameter of the Weapon R intake? Do you have the Hyper or the new Dragon intake? If its the same diameter as the AEM and Injen's, then I'm considering the Weapon-R's because of price.
