Where are magazine reviews of 2003 6-speed CLS??

Why do you think none of the major magazines have their hands on the new coming 2003 CLS 6-speed? Seems to me if it is announced in one month and probably avail in 3-4 months, Acura would have put it in the hands of the press. Perhaps it will be in the Jan/Feb mags ... we'll see.

Just a thought ... any ideas?

uh, wah?

the first review for the cl-s didn't come out until like the month before it came out. maybe not even a month.

it's not even positively confirmed yet that it'll be available.

Hmm - my bad I thought the media guys got stuff earlier - I bet they do for American cars

As for availability of the 6-speed ... next allocation WILL have them. Which means orders will go in and 60-90 days later they will be on the lots. Some will want to see if with their own eyes, but I can tell you that my Acura dealership is 100% certain they are gonna be here ... and I am #1 to get one ... can't wait

i think it depends on manufacturer. nissan got all their new stuff out like so early and built up so much hype that i think it hurts when the product is finally available.

honda and toyota usually never reveal their new stuff until it's almost released, or until released.

Since the car has not entered production as of yet it will be awhile before the car appears in the magazines.Through our connections to Honda/Acura we can tell what cars are scheduled to be delivered to us and also with what equipment. As of yet we have not seen any V.I.N. number assignments that indicate we are getting CL's with manual transmissions. As soon as we have V.I.N. numbers representative of that kind of car we know the cars are actually in production. As of right now the earliest we are expecting this car is spring 2002.Jens
