I think this is the only vehicle I ever owned with no lamp under the hood. With all the accessories this car has why did they exclude this?

All the underhood lamps that I have seen were absolutely useless. You couldn't even see to check your oil with them! About all you can tell with a factory underhood lamp is that the engine is in fact in there!!

 

Except for the underhood lights in the Corvette. Or at least the '96 LT4 Corvette. They are like flood lights.
