Wheel refinishing (philly area prices paid?)

ok one of friends just ran my front left rim into a toll booth curb on the NJ turnpike. It happened about 5 minutes after I asked him to take over driving on our way home from snowboarding at Hunter Mtn.. My first scratched rim and it's a really noticeable one. I've been so careful and now this. Anyway, I need to get it fixed and I was wondering how cheap I can get it done for (philly area). I've also heard someone used a dremel tool and got some decent results...??

Here is the only place I know of in PA that does it. No idea on price, never had work done there, but I've heard they are very good.
